Low impact dance fitness class for older people or anybody who might be needing a slightly slower paced class. Easy to follow, fun and friendly class, followed by tea, coffee and a chat! No need to book a place, just turn up. £5 per person.

Running fitness sessions in Chilton since 2012, I’d like to welcome you to join our fun Pilates and Zumba Gold classes! I am proud to provide safe and effective classes that are friendly to join and fun to do!
I am currently running the following classes every week in Chilton:
Pilates
A class where you’ll do exercises to strengthen the core, stretch, and mobilise the joints, improve your posture, ease achy joints and strengthen your muscles.
Tuesdays 6.15 – 7pm – Village Hall, Main Hall
Tuesdays 7.15 – 8pm – Community Room
Tuesdays 8.15 – 9pm – Community Room

Gentle Pilates
A modified version of Pilates to feel stronger, more flexible and balanced. We spend about half the class doing standing Pilates and balance training. We use a chair for support and it’s there to help you get down onto the mat…and up again!
Thursday 11.30am – 12.15pm – Village Hall, Main Hall

Zumba Gold
A low impact dance fitness class. This class focuses on improving cardiovascular fitness without jumping so is easier on the joints – perfect for older people or those recovering from injuries. Easy to follow, fun and friendly class.
