Calendar and Booking
Please follow the steps below carefully:
- Visit the Hall Information and Rates Page for details on available spaces and hire costs.
- Check availability – use the Calendar below to see if your preferred date or regular slot is available.
- Start your booking – Click on the ‘+’ on your chosen date and follow the prompts to create an account or log in.
- Submit your request – Complete the booking form with your event details. You will need to read and agree to our Terms and Conditions
- Receive conformation – Check your email for acknowledge of your provisional booking.
- Payment & Final Confirmation – Invoices are sent within 10 days. Payment is due within 7 days of invoicing, after which your booking will be confirmed.
Important: You will only receive instructions about access and practical arrangements a few days prior to your event.
Please note when booking the Main Hall you are only booking for the Main Hall itself – and not the other rooms (these may be booked out to other hirers). If you wish to book all three rooms (Main Hall, Morris Room and Meeting Room) you will need to select each room separately on the booking form.
Kitchen use: Please note that the Village Hall kitchen is a shared area for the whole Hall and cannot be booked separately. When there are multiple users in the Hall, the kitchen will be shared between them. Please ensure that the kitchen area is tidied up and cleaned before you leave!
Please note that bookings appear as ‘Provisional’ until payment is received, at which point they become ‘Confirmed.’
If payment is not received within 7 days of invoicing, provisional bookings may be released to others.
